Natasha Frost
Dramatherapy, Speech and Language Therapy
I am a dual qualified and HCPC Registered Speech and Language Therapist and Dramatherapist. I am also an Open Floor Movement Practice Teacher and an Embodied Voice Practitioner.
I combine all of these trainings to offer a bespoke, holistic, creative and trauma informed approach to support children, young people and adults with communication and mental health concerns.
For over 25 years, I have supported people to understand their own needs and the stories they hold about themselves that may have been imposed on them. Using a combination of spoken and written language, and other creative means of expression (which may include the use of images, art materials and objects and embodied practice), I travel with you as you seek to find your core identity and the courage to eventually take this out of the therapy space and into the world at large.
I am particularly experienced in working with those who are neurodivergent and those who have complex trauma as well as those clients who are struggling to connect with others due to communication differences and difficulties. I offer a LGBTQIA+ friendly and aware space.
I can work with families of young children who are concerned about their child’s ability to understand others and express themselves verbally and need support to develop other methods of communication.
I also offer a monthly women’s sharing circle, the 3rd Saturday of the month. More information about that can be found here:

I can work in person or online. If you would like to chat about your needs and whether I am the right therapist for you, please do email or call.
