As a Health Coach, I support people who’ve been quietly living with symptoms like stubborn weight, low energy, bloating and other digestive issues – often for months or even years – without the clear support or guidance to turn things around.
It’s easy to think that’s just the way things are now. But you’re not alone and it doesn’t have to stay that way. Using a blend of nutrition, lifestyle and mindset coaching, I help you gently unravel the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we create practical, achievable steps that feel supportive – not overwhelming.
This isn’t a quick fix – it’s about creating lasting change, so you can wake up every day feeling lighter, in body and in mind.
What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a bit like life coaching. It draws from your inner wisdom to arrive at the best ways to move you toward your goals. There are a few key differences, though:
1) Health coaching specifically focuses on your health and wellbeing – in relation to your whole life
2) Health coaching blends life coaching with nutrition and lifestyle education and mentoring
Often people tell me, “I know what to do, but I just don’t do it.” I completely understand. Health coaching is the missing piece of the puzzle, supporting you to work out the what, why, how, where and when – so you feel motivated, take action and see improvement.
Why health coaching?
I trained as a Health Coach with HCA following my own health journey and subsequent nutrition and wellness training. This includes a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy, a MSc in Nutrition with Public Health Management, a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and ongoing CPD. I believe that advising people on what to do to improve their health can be hugely beneficial. But, when faced with the reality of putting advice into practice in daily life, it’s easy to come unstuck – despite our best intentions. So, with a compassionate yet practical approach, I support you – every step of the way – to uncover and put into place lasting solutions to your health and wellbeing challenges.
