The Clinic

We have reception cover Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm and on Saturdays 9.30am to 1.30pm. Some of our practitioners offer treatments outside of these times as well. Please contact Reception to find out the availability of any of the practitioners.

Clients will be welcomed into the comfortable reception area and offered refreshments whilst waiting for their appointment.

On the ground floor we have four treatment rooms which have the benefit of plenty of natural light and beautiful laminate flooring.

These rooms are furnished so that they can be used either for physical therapies (using a treatment couch) or talking therapies (easy chairs). There are also two toilets on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are four rooms of varying sizes which are ideally suited to uses such as counselling, psychotherapy, teaching or small group work. Two of the first floor rooms have their own separate entrance and a kitchen so are comparatively self-contained and private.

Currently, we have some hours available during the week for hire in all the treatment rooms mentioned above and would welcome enquiries from established practitioners whose training and skills would complement our existing team. 

Room Hire  

We offer three options for room hire; block booking, priority booking and ad hoc booking. The hourly room hire rate varies slightly depending on the option selected but this system is very flexible and makes room hire affordable even for therapists just beginning to build their practice. Priority booking and ad hoc booking charges are based on the actual hours worked (ie contact time with clients). Practitioners are expected to try to group their appointments within regular allocated time slots as far as possible. Block booking, where therapists pay for all the hours they reserve (at a slightly lower rate) may suit busy therapists who expect to fill all, or nearly all, of those hours.
