The Clinic

We have reception cover Monday to Friday 9.30 – 5pm and on Saturdays as required. Some of our practitioners offer treatments outside of these times as well. Please contact Reception to find out the availability of any of the practitioners.

Clients will be welcomed into the comfortable reception area and offered refreshments whilst waiting for their appointment.

On the ground floor we have four treatment rooms, all newly refurbished, which have the benefit of plenty of natural light and beautiful laminate flooring.

These rooms are furnished so that they can be used either for physical therapies (using a treatment couch) or talking therapies (easy chairs). There are also two toilets on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are four rooms of varying sizes which are ideally suited to uses such as counselling, psychotherapy, teaching or small group work.

Events Room

On the first floor, in addition to the treatment rooms, is a spacious half wood-panelled room which is available for hire for a wide range of activities. It can comfortably seat up to about 20 people for talks, business meetings, training events etc. (a projector and screen for presentations/lectures will be available soon) or can be used for small group classes such as yoga or meditation. Bookings can either be for a one-off event (for perhaps a day or half-day) or for regular weekly activities such as classes or club activities. Contact Reception for information on availability and prices. Refreshments can be arranged if required.

Rate for room hire: £15 per hour

Treatment Rooms

Currently, we have some days available for hire in all the treatment rooms mentioned above and would welcome enquiries from established practitioners whose training and skills would complement our existing team.

Rate for room hire:

Room hire charges are based on the actual hours worked (ie contact time with clients) and invoiced out at the end of each month. If a practitioner has accumulated 12 or more hours of treatment time in a month then those hours will be invoiced out at £10ph. If less than 12 hours have been worked then the hours are charged at £12ph. Practitioners are expected to try to group their appointments within regular allocated time slots as far as is possible.

A standing charge of £25 per month is added to the room hire charges as a small contribution towards the extra costs that the clinic is taking on by adopting this very flexible approach (many clinics require practitioners to commit to a fixed number of pre-paid hours per week whether they actually fill those hours or not). A contribution towards advertising and promotion of £8 per month is also charged to each practitioner.
